Quiet Solution Logo User Agreement

If you are interested in using a Quiet Solution logo, you may do so by reading and accepting the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. Please review all terms and conditions carefully.

1. A Quiet Solution logo (hereinafter "QS Mark") shall solely be used in connection with the user’s internet website or user’s company materials and shall not be used in a manner that disparages Quiet Solution, infringes on Quiet Solution’s intellectual property or other rights, or dilutes the goodwill associated with Quiet Solution or the QS Mark;
    
2. The QS Mark shall be used for, but not limited to, educating the public about Quiet Solution products and services;
    
3. Unless a formal agreement exists the contrary, the appearance and position of the QS Mark on the host website or company materials shall not create an implication of sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the host website or company materials, and/or any other party or non-Quiet Solution entity;
    
4. The QS Mark shall not be used as a predominant feature on the host’s website or company materials; it shall not be used as trademarks or trade names on the host website or company materials;
    
5. The QS Mark shall not be used as a feature or design element of any other name or trademark or graphic on the host website or company materials;
    
6. The QS Mark shall not be used on any website or company materials containing immoral materials or any other way that detracts from the Quiet Solution mission;
    
7. The QS Mark shall not be used on websites and company material containing the following subject matter, or containing direct links to websites containing such subject matter:
      a. content of any nature which may result in fraud or misrepresentation to the public;
      b. support or opposition of a political party or a political candidate;
      c. pornographic or otherwise offensive sexual materials;
      d. racially or ethnically prejudicial materials;
      e. overtly religious materials;
      f.  profane materials;
    
8. Quiet Solution reserves the right to unilaterally revoke use of the QS Mark at any time by amending this agreement or by contacting the user;
    
9. All rights and licenses of any kind of the QS Mark not expressly granted herein are exclusively reserved to Quiet Solution.
    
10. User is technically responsible for ensuring that the Quiet Solution mark is linked to the correct URL with a high-level Quality of Service consistent with commercially accepted standards.

Quiet Solution is not directly or indirectly responsible for the content on the host website or company material. The use of the QS Mark is not an endorsement for any organization, entity, or individual other than Quiet Solution, and is not a warranty of any type regarding content on the host website or company material.
